With years of experience as an independent adjuster, then a Senior File Examiner, Ray was in charge of training other desk adjusters, as well as reviewing and revising thousands of claims.
This is where he learned what insurance companies were really looking for and how they wanted it “written.”
Armed with this proficiency, he and his son Justin, launched MAX4 Claims Specialists to help roofers and contractors maximize every estimate through supplements and proper photo training.
