XACTIMATE 1st ESTIMATE WRITING

First estimates for residential and commercial are figured as follows: up to $25,000 are $125.00 and $50.00 is added for every $10,000 increment over the initial $25,000.

 

Once the first estimate total reaches $100,000 the commission would be figured at .4% of the total estimate.
Example: $100,000 x .4% = $400.00 and $200,000 x .4% = $800.00

RESIDENTIAL SUPPLEMENTS

Residential supplements are figured at 20% of the increase - the “new money” found. We work within your CRM to increase turn around times and improve industry results.

HYBRID SUPPLEMENTS

This type of estimate is when the Insurance Company has approved a “minimum roof repair,“ however the MAX4 Specialist writes for “total roof replacement” and once approved by Insurance Company the Roofer is only charged 10% of the “new money” that was found and approved.


Example: Insurance Company approves partial repair for shingles @ $2,000 total, however MAX4 rewrites the estimate and takes to approval for $14,000. “New Money” is $12,000, the Contractor would be charged 10% by MAX4 or $1,200.

COMMERCIAL SUPPLEMENTS

Commercial supplements are figured at 10% of the increase over original insurance estimate.

 

Example: Original insurance estimate is $68,000 and supplement total is $100,000, the MAX4 commission would be $100,000 - $68,000 = $32,000 (approved SUPP amount) x 10% = $3,200
