Everyone on our staff has a heart to serve. The contractors and roofers we work alongside are our family. Our focus is to use all of our skills and everything we've learned in the insurance world to benefit the contractors who work so hard to repair the homes and buildings in their communities.
Our team is made up of industry professionals with a wide range of expertise who have one goal - to serve our contractors! We promise to always treat others with respect and kindness as bridge the gap between the insured, the contractor, and the insurance carrier. Using our backgrounds to build relationships and produce championship-like results.

RAY LAND
Co-Owner and CEO
Ray and Deborah met in college. They spent their early years of marriage in full-time ministry and later both decided to pursue getting their adjuster licenses. Ray specializes in commercial and residential property, while Deborah's focus is auto liability.
When not working, these days you will find them exploring the Carolina landscape together and enjoying their 10 grandchildren.
JUSTIN LAND
Co-Owner and COO
They are a couple who enjoy the great outdoors, working hard, and raising their four boys. Rachel is an endurance rider, who has finished the Mongol Derby. Justin, is passionate about building, and reaching new goals in business & character.
Together, they're doing what they can to live this life in service, with passion and lots of adventures!
